Advertising Terms & Condition

EntertainmentXP.com reserves the right to review and approve the suitability of the advertisement submitted. We may reject or cancel any advertisement for any reason which it believes in good-faith to be detrimental. If we so rejects a client's advertisement or terminates its display, then this agreement shall be terminated, and EntertainmentXP.com will return any prepaid advertising fees to Client.

Prohibited Content Advertisements shall not contain:

(i) any content promoting the use of alcohol, tobacco or illegal substances; nudity, sex, pornography, or adult-oriented content;

(ii) any content which is explicative or inappropriate language;

(iii) content promoting illegal activity, racism, hate, "spam", mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or investment opportunities or advice which is not permitted under law;

(iv) content that is libelous, defamatory, contrary to public policy or otherwise unlawful or any other content deemed inappropriate by EntertainmentXP.com in its sole discretion. Use of any such inappropriate content by a client will result in the suspension, termination and removal of the advertisement or any other action deemed necessary by EntertainmentXP.com in its sole discretion.

ADVERTISING POLICY

The following are certain general terms and conditions governing advertising published with EntertainmentXP, LLC. and any of its associated products. Rates are always subject to change and are based on scheduled seasons, holiday, and demand. Advertisers may not cancel orders for, or make changes in, advertising after the verbal or written contract has been closed. EntertainmentXP, LLC is not responsible for errors or omissions in any advertising materials provided by the advertiser or its agency (including errors in key numbers) or for changes made after the contract has been closed. EntertainmentXP, LLC may reject or cancel any advertising for any reason at any time. Advertisements simulating the company's editorial material in appearance or style or that are not immediately identifiable as advertisements are not acceptable. EntertainmentXP, LLC shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to publish or circulate all or any part of any issue(s) of an online or printed advertisment because of work stoppages, accidents, fires, acts of God or any other circumstances not within the control of the company.
